Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at Park Hotel during our trip, enjoying its close proximity to Clarke Quay and a beautiful river view from our room. The staff were helpful, making my stay feel special. However, I was disappointed with the dining options, especially regarding my vegan meal that didn't meet my expectations. Overall, I found the hotel to be a solid choice but wouldn’t necessarily return due to my dietary experience.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the quays, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. While the rooms were compact, they were quite modern and clean. I was really impressed with the service, especially how helpful the staff were in providing information about getting around. However, I did notice that the breakfast options could be improved, as they didn’t seem to be replenished quickly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and great value for money.
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with decent amenities and a good location near the river and nightlife. The rooms were comfortable but could benefit from better room service. The breakfast spread was a bit lacking too. Overall, it's a solid choice if you want to be close to everything, but I would consider a different room next time for better value.
The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby dining options, but the rooms can feel cramped and lacking in storage. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing, particularly the limited selection and poor quality of pastries. The staff was generally accommodating, which helped to make the stay a bit more enjoyable, but overall, I wouldn’t say it’s the best option for longer stays.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially because of the fantastic service from the Crystal Club team. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from Clarke Quay where you can find numerous dining options and nightlife. The room was comfortable and clean, but I did notice that the pool area was always quite busy. Overall, it's a great place, but a few improvements in dining variety and lounge space would make it even better.
